What’s the minimum and maximum booking number?

The minimum booking number is 10 children and the maximum is 35. This number is for the children in the Play Barn, not including adults. The number of adults is down to your preference but our recommendation is about 20 to sit comfortably.

What food is included for the children’s meals?

We offer each child an individual picnic box. This will include sandwiches (ham, cheese, or jam), a fruit and veg pot, hummus, crisps & unlimited squash.

Are party bags included?

Party bags are included with the Classic Party as well as the Flower Pot Party and Barn Bears party. Inside each party bag will be a reading book, a colouring book, a pack of crayons, and some Jelly sweets.

Do you provide decorations?

We have some bunting and banners in the Play Barn as standard decorations. You are welcome to bring your own. Ballons can also be ordered with our on-site florist Sarah Styles who can supply a range of latex and foiled balloons. For more information and prices, please contact Sarah.

Can we bring a cake?

You are more than welcome to bring a cake.

Will there be food and drink for the adults to purchase on the day?

The café in the Play Barn will be open and you will have a host ready to serve a range of hot and cold drinks to adults on the day of your party. These will come at an additional cost, matched with the prices we serve at our main café.

What age range is the Play Barn suitable for?

The Play Barn is suitable for children up to the age of 8. We have a Toddlers’ Area for the really little ones as well as our main soft play.

Do you have adult food options?

Adults are welcome to purchase cakes from the café on the day of the party. For hot food or adult buffets, a pre-order is required. More information on this can be provided by a member of our team, please contact us.

Will there be a member of staff on-site who is First Aid trained?

There is always at least one member of staff on-site who is First Aid trained. This person will be known by the host of your party in the event that they are required.
